What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
How can I check the status of my online order?
We’ll send a confirmation to your email address once your order has been shipped. Whether you placed your order over the Internet or by phone, you can check its status 24 hours after the order was placed by calling 800-966-2801. You’ll need to provide us with your order number and the zip code of your billing address.
Will Swan Secure confirm my online order?
If you provide your email address when placing your order, we’ll send you a confirmation message.
How do I change or cancel my online order?
To make a change or cancel your order, contact customer service at 800-966-2801 between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm ET.

What shipping options are available?
Orders are usually shipped via UPS ground. Some orders to Hawaii and APO’s will be shipped USPS priority mail. UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are also available depending upon stock availability.
How are delivery charges calculated?
Orders over $100 receive free ground shipping. All other orders are charged actual UPS rates for ground and expedited services.
Can I place an order from a foreign country?
Yes, Swan Secure can ship your order to you, or through a freight forwarder of your choice. Swan Secure is not responsible for any tariffs or duties incurred.
Does Swan Secure ship to Canada?
Yes, by truck or UPS.
What is Swan Secure‘s return policy?
Web orders may be returned within 30 days of order placement. A 15% restocking charge will be applied to all orders unless Swan Secure is at fault. No credit will be given without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMA numbers are available by calling our toll free number. All credits are subject to inspection of returned goods.

Is the credit card information I submit secure?
Yes. We verify the billing address and other information you have provided with the credit card company associated with the order. Your order is sent to us over 128-bit encryption, the safest on the Internet.
What is a credit card verification number?
Your three-digit verification number is located on the back of your Visa or MasterCard. You’ll find a four-digit verification number on the front of your American Express card. These numbers are used to further protect your account from online fraud.
What is Swan Secure’s privacy policy?
Swan does not sell or trade your personal information. However, it may be provided to one of our stocking dealers in the interest of processing your order in a more expedient manner. Our dealer network is bound to maintain this same level of security of your information.
